Shipping destinations and services
Art of Meta Zen offers shipping within the United States and to selected international destinations. Available destinations and services depend on the products in your cart and your delivery address. Enter your address at checkout to confirm the shipping options available for your order.
Domestic shipping
For eligible U.S. orders, shipping options include Economy, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days, and Standard, with an estimated transit time of 3–4 business days. These estimates apply after shipment and do not include order processing or print-on-demand production time. The options and estimates shown at checkout apply to your specific order.
Shipping costs and free shipping
Exact shipping charges depend on the product, destination, order weight, and available service. Review the final shipping charge at checkout before placing your order.
Eligible domestic orders covered by our general shipping rates qualify for free shipping with a minimum order value of $40 USD. This is not a storewide free-shipping offer: products fulfilled through Printify or Printful have separate shipping arrangements and may carry shipping charges even when your order total is $40 USD or more. Orders containing products from different fulfillment partners may include combined shipping charges.
International shipping
For eligible international orders covered by our general shipping rates, carrier-calculated USPS and DHL Express services may be available. Service availability and charges depend on your products and destination and are displayed at checkout. International transit times vary by service and destination; refer to any estimate displayed for your selected option. Carrier or customs delays can extend delivery time.
Processing and print-on-demand items
Customized products, including t-shirts, hoodies, and tank tops, are made to order through our printing partners. Production and quality checks take place before shipping, so please allow additional time before the transit estimate begins. Production time varies by product and provider; there is no single production or delivery timeframe for every item.
Printify and Printful products use separate shipping arrangements, so their available services, costs, and transit estimates can differ from Economy and Standard shipping above. Items in the same order may be produced at different locations, ship separately, and arrive on different days.
Delivery estimates
Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Total delivery time includes processing or production plus transit. Product availability, destination, carrier operations, holidays, and customs processing can affect timing. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering to discuss the available information.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, look for tracking details in your shipping confirmation or order-status page after fulfillment. Tracking availability and updates depend on the shipping service and fulfillment partner. A tracking number may appear before the carrier records movement; check the carrier's tracking page for the latest available information. Separate packages may have separate tracking numbers.
If you cannot find your shipping information, check your spam or junk folder. If tracking is missing, appears stalled, or your order is taking longer than the estimate provided, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
